Learning to cook high-quality foods for yourself and the people you love changes everything. The food we eat becomes our blood and creates our cells, our organs, our brains, and even our thoughts and feelings. We are, at our most basic level, walking food.
That’s a core philosophy of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and it’s why we started a blog devoted to healthy recipes. We believe that you don’t need to be a gourmet chef – you just need to be able to feed yourself and your family in a nourishing and convenient way.
Because there’s no one-size-fits-all diet that works for everyone, our curriculum covers over 100 different dietary theories. The recipes on this blog cross the nutritional spectrum – from gluten-free to vegan to paleo, and everything in between.
All recipes are contributed by students, graduates, and visiting teachers from the Integrative Nutrition community who are doing incredible work to make the world a healthier and happier place.
