These vegan bread rolls are the perfect side to any meal. They’re grain-free and packed with fiber to help digestive health and reduce inflammation. These rolls have all the flavoring of an everything bagel without the excessive carbs and sugar.
INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/8 cup ground psyllium husk
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning blend
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Form balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
