Paleo Chocolate-Glazed Doughnuts

Made without gluten, dairy, or refined sugar, these doughnuts are calling your name!

INSTRUCTIONS

For the doughnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Fill each cup in doughnut pan 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 13–16 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

For the glaze

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. If coconut oil needs melting, microwave for about 10–15 seconds. Mix until smooth.
  2. Once doughnuts have cooled, dip top of each doughnut in glaze.
  3. Eat and enjoy! Store in airtight container for up to three days.
