The Green Smoothie

By Sarah Kay Hoffman, HCTP September 2011

This green smoothie is packed with loads of greens, nutrition, and flavor while remaining low in sugar. There is zero extra sugar added to the recipe; the only place it’s found is naturally via a small portion of banana. The green smoothie is made with Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Hazelnuts, which uses only two simple ingredients – 11 whole raw hazelnuts plus filtered water.
