Cooling Acai Bowl

I love this recipe because I can very easily adapt it to make a smoothie, ice cream or simple acai bowl. The delicious blend of ingredients and antioxidants make it a go-to healthy snack or meal! 


1/2 cup almond milk for acai bowl consistency (use 1 cup for smoothie consistency and 1/4 cup for ice cream)

1 tbsp. almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1 tbsp. acai powder

1 frozen banana

1 handful mixed berries 

2 pitted dates (optional)

Choice of toppings: granola, goji berris, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced nuts, etc.


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency 
  2. Top with your favorite granola, goji berries, chia seeds, nuts and enjoy!
