Vegan Superfood Pesto

Any recipe that gets my family excited about eating healthy together is a winner! Not to mention, this delicious, super easy-to-make vegan dish is made with leafy greens, hemp seeds and just the right amount of oil! The hemp seeds are a wonderful substitute for those with nut allergies too.

Vegan Superfood Pesto


1 bunch basil

1/2 box baby spinach

1/4c extra virgin olive oil

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. yellow raisins

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 clove garlic

1 tsp. nutritional yeast


  1. Blend everything together in blender and enjoy!
