I love making this four-ingredient recipe this time of the year because it reminds me of the holidays. These Pecan Pie Balls are a super easy snack, perfect for eating on the go. My family loves them too – probably because they’re made with vitamin L!

Pecan Pie Balls


1 ½ cup pecans

1 cup dates

1 tbsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. Himalayan sea salt


  1. Blend pecans until they form a coarse flour
  2. Add in other ingredients until mixture is sticky
  3. Roll into balls and store at room temperature
  4. Enjoy!
